In recent years, we have been involved in many exciting construction projects, developments, and other types of civil engineering work. Here we present some of the latest projects that we have worked on and developed.

Brofästet, Norra Djurgårdsstaden (Äril)

Construction start: 2016
Occupation: 2017/2018
Scope: Approx. 80 apartments

Äril is located in the area of Brofästet in the Norra Djurgårdsstaden redevelopment project, south of Husarviken in Stockholm. JR Markteknik was responsible for the foundation work for the construction of approximately 80 apartments for Tobin Properties, Äril project. Construction began in 2016 and occupation is set for 2017-2018.

Brofästet, Norra Djurgårdsstaden (Backåkra)

Occupation: 2018
Scope: Approx. 80 apartments

Backåkra is located in the Brofästet area of the Norra Djurgårdsstaden redevelopment project that is planned north of Husarviken in Stockholm. JR Markteknik is responsible for the foundation work for the construction of approximately 80 apartments for Einar Mattson’s Backåkra project. Construction start is scheduled for 2018.

Brobänken phase 10, Tyresö

Construction start: 2017
Occupation: Existing residences
Scope: Approx. 100 properties

Brobänken is an area with summer houses in Gamla Tyresö, near Tyresö Castle, south of Stockholm. This area will be adapted for permanent housing and new building permissions including a municipal network for water, sewers and roads. JR Markteknik is responsible for the project when the area will be modernized.

Brf Läsa and Brf Skriva, Gränby Uppsala

Construction start: 2016
Occupation: 2018/2019
Scope: Approx. 150 residences

The city of Uppsala is expanding rapidly, and Gränby is a direct extension of Uppsala’s city center to the north. JR Markteknik is responsible for the foundation work for the construction of approximately 150 residences in Ikano Bostad’s two cooperative apartment projects, Brf Läsa and Brf Skriva. Occupation will take place in 2018-2019.

Hägerneholm, Armine

Construction start: 2017
Occupation: 2017–2022
Scope: Approx. 1,200 residences

Hägerneholm is a brand new residential area located in Arninge between the lakes Rönningesjön and Ullnasjön, north of Stockholm. JR Markteknik is responsible for the expansion of water, sewers and roads for about 180 properties in the new area that will accommodate approximately 1,200 residential units. Occupation takes place between 2017 and 2022.

Haga 3, Vallentuna

Construction start: 2015
Occupation: 2016
Scope: Approx. 60 properties

Haga 3 in eastern Ormsta, north of Stockholm, was developed with new detached villas, general water and sewage systems and the expansion of municipal streets. Older buildings and greenery will be retained to give character to the area. JR Markteknik are responsible for the development of water, sewers and roads for the new residential area for about 60 properties.
